These terms explain the basic rules for using EpicTale and creating personalized storybooks.

Using EpicTale

You may use EpicTale to create personalized storybooks for lawful, personal, and family-friendly purposes. You are responsible for the prompts, names, images, and other content you provide.

Content you submit

By sharing content with EpicTale, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it in your storybook. This includes any images you upload and any people or characters shown in them. You give EpicTale permission to use submitted content to create, preview, print, fulfill, and support your storybooks.

Generated books

Generated text and artwork can vary. You are responsible for reviewing previews before purchasing printed products. We may refuse or remove content that appears unsafe, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Purchases and fulfillment

Prices, taxes, shipping, production timelines, and availability may change. Printed products are custom goods, so cancellations, refunds, or replacements may be limited once production begins, except where required by law or handled through our support process. Service availability

We work to keep EpicTale available and accurate, but the service is provided as is and may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or unavailable.
