What comes with each book?

Each book is a 32-page, fully illustrated personalized storybook in an 8.5-inch square format. Choose a glossy softcover or hardcover edition before checkout.

What happens after I start?

Choose an adventure and add the people you love. Read the whole story and preview selected illustrations before you order. Then refine your story, create and edit the artwork, and approve your book. We’ll print it and deliver it to your door.

Do I need to upload a photo?

A photo is optional, but recommended if you’d like the character to resemble someone you know. You can also simply describe how you’d like your character to look instead.

Can I make changes?

Yes—even after you order. You can edit the title, tone, story text, and artwork before you approve your book for printing.

When will it arrive?

Printing normally takes 3–5 business days. Once printed, delivery can take up to 15 business days.

What if I change my mind?

A full refund is available before final illustrations begin. After that, you may be eligible for a 50% refund until printing or fulfillment starts. See the full refund policy.
